Gmail Password Update - Please Read

Please Read This Before Continuing on to ServiceNet Gmail  

We have launched the first phase of our Single Sign On Project.  In simple terms, that means that all ServiceNet users will have a single name and password for all the systems that they use.

 

The first change will be for users of the ServiceNet Gmail system and  the procedure will be slightly different depending on where you work,  so please read the following directions carefully.

 

1 – For DBIS users of the ServiceNet Operations Portal, your name and password for Gmail will be the same as your Ops Portal name and password. 

For Example  name:  jsaccento@servicenet.org   (a couple of notes – you will need to enter your full email address in the name field and just like Ops Portal and remember to use servicenet.org, not servicenetinc.org)

 

2 – For users at 129 and 131 King Street and Billing, your name and password for Gmail will be the same as the computer name and password that you login with each morning.  (a couple of notes – you will need to enter your full email address in the name field and remember to use servicenet.org, not servicenetinc.org)

 

3 – For all other users of the ServiceNet Gmail system, starting Tuesday morning, your username will be your ServiceNet E-mail address and you password will be your first and last initials and the last 4 digits of your social security number. 

 

For example:

 

Name: jsaccento@servicenet.org

Pass: js3243   (3243 being the last 4 of my social security number)

 

 At this point, these changes do not affect eHana or any other system at ServiceNet, but stay tuned as we will be rolling them into the Single Sign on System in a few short weeks.
