Annual Staff Survey

ServiceNet is conducting an annual staff survey to get feedback from all of you about a number of aspects of your work at the agency.  The survey results will contribute to our efforts to understand what is working well and what needs to be improved. Knowing this contributes to the quality of services and outcomes for the people we work with.  Your honest responses and constructive comments are welcome.  The survey is private and confidential. The results will be compiled and contribute to our annual quality improvement plan.
