First, it is necessary to reiterate that phone calls to the IT Department should not be placed unless absolutely necessary. The best way to reach us is to open a Service Request from the ServiceNet Service Request System, accessed by clicking the Service Request puzzle piece located at the top of the intranet home page at http://home.servicenet.org.
