Server Related Issue

We are still experiencing some issues with several of our servers.  The IT department is currently working on the issue and hope to have some services restored today.  We will send out a follow-up email once restored.


Service(s) affected: central, web directory, idea system, ectracker, ticket system, tableau, and Ops portal

Who is affected: ServiceNet Staff

How will they be affected: Unable to log in to these services
