Timeclock System is Live Starting Saturday June 16th

Dear ServiceNet Staff;

 

As of June 16, 2018 the electronic time clock system will be the official way to record time worked at ServiceNet for certain non-exempt employees. Attached below is the ServiceNet policy around the new electronic time clocks. We understand that this will be a learning process for many involved and we will be there to work through this process with you. The attached time clock policy is how we envision the process to record non-exempt hourly time at ServiceNet will work, over time based on our needs this policy will be updated to reflect what practices and procedures work best for us as an Agency.

 

Additionally I have attached a new electronic timesheet policy which applies to exempt employees and certain non-exempt hourly employees.
